Convert your Facebook Page and Instagram Account Messenger to an AI like ChatGPT through POSTON.io
Instructions: Step 1: Log in or Sign up at POSTON.io Step 2: Once registered, go to POSTON.io dashboard and click the IMPORT ACCOUNT. Step 3: After importing your account, go to BOT MANAGER, then click BOT KEYWORD SETTINGS > click SET KEYWORDS.
Step 4: After your create SET KEYWORDS flow, now create NO MATCH REPLY, click ACTIONS BUTTON SETTINGS > click NO MATCH TEMPLATE
Step 5: On NO MATCH TEMPLATE, remove the TEXT element replace it to AI REPLY element then feed your products/services/company details to AI REPLY.
Step 6: Active the NO MATCH TEMPLATE, go to GENERAL SETTINGS then turn on the REPLY IF NO MATCH FOUND.
IMPORTANT: to activate the AI Reply on Facebook and Instagram Messenger you need to get an API KEY from OpenAI through this https://platform.openai.com**
